A 2026 $1 uncirculated coin marking 60 years of Australia-Mexico diplomatic relations and the Spanish silver dollars that became Australia's first coins. The design reproduces the 1804/1813 Holey Dollar held in the National Coin Collection, framed by dahlias for Mexico and wattle for Australia. Mintage is 35,000 at A$35.00 with a limit of 1 per person; an EQL ballot ran 4-7 September 2026 and general sale began 8 September 2026.
