USPS: Winter Wreath Global Forever stamp

USPS issued the Winter Wreath Global Forever stamp on 18 September 2026 in Humble, Texas, without a ceremony. It can mail a 1-ounce letter to any country with First-Class Mail International service, and as a Global Forever stamp it always equals the current international 1-ounce price. Available in panes of 10, with a softer colour palette than the previous wreath-themed holiday globals; the wreath was built from craft materials and photographed by Natalia Kostikova.
