Archie Rose's Single Cask Whisky Batch No. 3 Toasted Amber is a limited single malt distilled from toasted amber malt and matured in a single American oak ex-bourbon cask, hand-selected from the distillery's warehouse of 45,000 casks. Tasting notes run to sun-ripened passionfruit, cookies-and-cream and jelly beans on the nose, with pineapple, cinnamon muffins and Maltesers on the palate. Only 280 bottles were produced, sold from the Sydney distillery's web shop at AUD 279.
