Gordon & MacPhail's Anniversary Releases collection comprises four single cask Scotch whiskies named for their year of distillation: 1966 Longmorn, 1976 Glen Grant, 1986 Miltonduff and 1996 Linkwood. The 1966 Longmorn was matured in a first fill sherry butt, bottled at 46% ABV in 2019, and shows intense sweet fruitcake, brown sugar and candied citrus peel with liquorice, dried tobacco and a charred-oak finish. Each expression runs to between 30 and 100 bottles depending on vintage; orders are open now.
