Highland Park: Between You and I 17 Year Old (Lalia Gohar)
The 17-year-old Highland Park is the second edition in the Orkney distillery's Between You and I series, made in collaboration with Egyptian-American artist and food designer Lalia Gohar and inspired by her Egyptian heritage. It has been partly aged in new American oak casks and carries notes of orange blossom, warming spices and leather, over Highland Park's characteristic aromatic peat smoke.
