Lark: Amaro Cask Release II Single Malt
Lark's Amaro Cask Release II is a limited-edition Tasmanian single malt from the Pontville distillery, first matured in Port and Sherry oak then finished in casks seasoned with a locally brewed Amaro from Osare. Tasting notes run to chocolate liqueur and aromatic bitters on the nose, pipe tobacco and spiced fruit loaf, then velvety toffee fudge, floral jam and honey-sweetened Earl Grey with dark botanical complexity. 500ml, AUD 280, currently in stock on the distillery web shop.
