Lark: Chinotto Cask Strength III Release
The third release of Lark's Chinotto Cask Strength, a Tasmanian single malt finished in the distillery's own Chinotto-seasoned casks and bottled at cask strength. Bitter orange vibrancy meets Tasmanian peat: candied citrus, cola spice and cinnamon lead into Crêpes Suzette richness and smoky marmalade, layered with gingerbread and dark chocolate, finishing on brown butter and orange treacle tart. 500ml, AUD 350, in stock on the distillery web shop.
