Lark: Mizunara Oak Rare Cask
Lark's Mizunara Oak Rare Cask is a Tasmanian single malt finished in rare and precious Japanese Mizunara white oak, from a series inspired by Bill Lark's journeys to Japan. Mizunara is prized for its scarcity and its distinctive flavour profile, giving the whisky a rich, elegant character that blends Japanese oak tradition with Tasmanian craft. Part of Lark's Rare Cask range, AUD 1,000 per bottle, in stock on the distillery web shop.
