Lark: Rare Cask Para Vintage

Lark's Rare Cask Para Vintage is a Tasmanian peated single malt finished in 16 rare Para Vintage Tawny casks from 1992, discovered in the Seppeltsfield archives in the Barossa and shipped to Tasmania for finishing. The whisky was first aged in first-fill Tawny, Apera and Bourbon casks before the Para finish, giving a rich, deep and complex character born of the fortified-wine history of the 1992 vintage casks.
