The eighth iteration of Starward's Ginger Beer Cask series. A house-made ginger beer packed with fresh ginger and citrus peel is aged 12 months in ex-Starward whisky barrels (mostly American oak that previously held Nova, Solera and 100 Proof), then a blend of red-wine and Apera cask matured single malts is finished in those barrels. 700mL, 48% ABV, AUD 159. Limited Projects release — sold out is final.
