The Borders Single Malt First Release
The Borders Distillery's inaugural single malt and the first whisky distilled in the Scottish Borders since 1837. Eight years old, matured in first-fill bourbon barrels and finished in malmsey Madeira casks, bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration. The distillery states just 10,000 bottles have been produced worldwide and that once they are sold this exact release will not be repeated. Available from 24 September 2026, initially offered as a pre-order exclusive to 1837 Private Cask owners before general sale.
